A charred rooster was found at Millers Pond County Park Sunday, according to the Suffolk SPCA.
They believe the animal was sacrificed by a religious cult called Chango.
The rooster was found on a path by the lake on Maple Avenue. In February, three decapitated birds were found in the same spot.
There is a $2,000 reward available for anyone with information. They are asked to call either Suffolk police or the SPCA.
