The Suffolk County Police Department is searching for a man who robbed a Lake Ronkonkoma bank on Friday.
The man entered TD Bank, at 474 Portion Road, at about 5:15 p.m. and handed the teller a note demanding cash, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.
The teller complied with the man, who then ran away with an unspecified amount of cash.
Police did not provide a description of the man.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on the robbery to call the Major Case Bureau at 631-852-6555 or Suffolk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS (8477.)
