7h agoSuffolk police say a 63-year-old Mastic man was fatally stabbed at the Shirley Motel on Friday night.
Detectives responded to the scene of the incident on Montauk Highway.
Police say James Vaughn was killed after a fight inside his motel room.
When police arrived, they say a group of people were inside the room where the incident allegedly happened.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Suffolk police.
