Suffolk police have announced new public safety measures ahead of Halloween.
Authorities want to be prepared for this week's influx of trick-or-treaters.
They will be increasing patrols and checking on sex offenders.
There's also a new Halloween safety PSA for children airing in both English and Spanish.
