A Shirley man was indicted Thursday for allegedly stealing six catalytic converters.

Suffolk District Attorney Ray Tierney says Blaise Marckesano, 38, is accused of stealing the car parts from RVs in Wading River.

The alleged thefts took place in December.

Marckesano is due back in court later this month.
