A businessman from Montauk pleaded guilty to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from a company and his own customers’ bank accounts.

The Suffolk DA says Mark Ripolone stole over $220,000 from customers of a now defunct food delivery service called “123 Delivery” between September 2018 and October 2021.

In 2020, prosecutors say Ripolone stolen $160,000 from a payroll company he was contracted with.

Ripolone faces two grand larceny charges and must pay over $140,000 to victims by his sentencing date.

If he doesn’t, Ripolone will be sentenced to up to six years in prison.
