A Suffern teen was arrested for stealing cars an hour after getting out of jail - for allegedly stealing another car.
Suffern police say they received a call Tuesday about a stolen car.
The suspect was caught on video and arrested at his home where police say there was a different car with stolen plates.
The suspect was charged and released according to police.
An hour later, the same teen led New Jersey police officers on a chase into Suffern in another stolen car.
He was arrested again and faces more charges and two New Jersey warrants.
The suspect is currently in Rockland County Jail.
