Gov. Cuomo: NY casinos, NYC malls can reopen on Sept. 9

Gov. Andrew Cuomo says casinos in New York can reopen on Sept. 9, as long as they have filtration systems.

Gov. Cuomo: NY casinos, NYC malls can reopen on Sept. 9
Gov. Andrew Cuomo says casinos in New York can reopen on Sept. 9 at 25% capacity, as long as they have filtration systems.
The governor also says that New York City malls will be able to reopen on Sept. 9. at 50% capacity.
The governor said that casinos need to place physical barriers between players.
He said that slot machines would be 6 feet apart from each other, unless there is a physical barrier.
Casinos will be monitored at the door by security, and will be monitored by the Gaming Commission. 
Masks will be required, and social distancing enforced.
Indoor dining will not be permitted at casinos or malls at this time.
