Police have now identified the 27-year-old man shot and killed in a drive-by shooting in Plainview Tuesday night.
Police say Justin Gottlieb, of Plainview, was pulled over on the side of the road in his red SUV on Margaret East Drive around 5:30 p.m. Police say another car pulled up and shots rang out.
Gottlieb was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
Neighbors say Gottlieb, who has a daughter, lived near where he was shot. The family has set up a GoFundMe page to raise money for Gottlieb's 1-year-old daughter.
Police say there is only one way out of Margaret Drive. They say the shooting was a targeted incident.
Police believe a light-colored vehicle may be involved in the shooting.
