A new report released on the plane that broke apart over Syosset doesn't determine exactly why it happened.
The report confirms that the plane broke into pieces that fell from the sky last week.
The National Transportation Safety Board says the 43-year old plane was destroyed in "an in-flight breakup."
Officials say the incident happened minutes after pilot David Berube reported his vacuum system and panel instruments had failed.
