OVERNIGHT: Partly cloudy, breezy, and cold. Lows near 27 degrees with west northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Wind chills 15 to 25 degrees.
WEDNESDAY: Valentine's Day. Mostly sunny, breezy, and cold with highs near 35. Northwest winds 10 to 25 mph. Mostly clear and cold at night with less wind. Lows near 22. Northwest wind 5 to 15 mph.
THURSDAY: Partly sunny with increasing clouds. Highs near 38. Mostly cloudy at night with the chance of a brief rain or snow shower. Lows near 32.
