News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Kristy Campana says to expect the rain to continue into midday Monday.
OVERNIGHT: Cloudy with scattered showers. A little bit of a break with only isolated showers through the night, but breezy wind persists with some strong gusts. Lows near 60.
MONDAY: Rain picks up again early in the morning and becomes more consistent for the Monday morning commute. Winds remain sustained throughout the day with gusts between 20-40 mph (on the higher side for the East End). Rain begins to die down around 8pm as it pushes off to the east end and finished around 11 p.m. Highs near 63. Lows near 56.
TUESDAY: First sign of dry weather since Ophelia. Mix of sun and clouds with less wind. Highs near 65. Lows near 54.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy. Highs near 68. Lows near 55.
THURSDAY: Partly sunny. Highs near 69. Lows near 56.
FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy. Highs near 70. Lows near 57.
SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy with a chance of isolated showers. Highs near 72. Lows near 53.
SUNDAY: Partly cloudy. Highs near 75. Lows near 52.
