Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Sam Augeri says highs will be reaching the 50s through this week with a storm bringing a few rain chances.
HEADLINES:
  • Showers arrive Tuesday evening with a breeze out of the south. Winds increase into Wednesday morning with windy conditions through the day. Winds are expected to be southerly at 20-40 mph. Rain will be on and off through the day with a sharp front passing in the evening bringing a quick round of heavy rainfall. Dry weather follows with cold gusty winds Wednesday night into Thursday.
  • Mild with temperatures in the 50s for Tuesday and Wednesday. It turns a little bit cooler late week with 50s returning for the weekend.
OVERNIGHT: Partly cloudy with areas of fog by morning. Lows near 37 with light southeast winds. Sunrise: 6:30.
TUESDAY: Partly sunny with the chance of showers late afternoon into the evening. Mild with highs near 53. Turning breezy with south winds increasing 10 to 15 mph. Sunset: 5:41
TUESDAY NIGHT: Cloudy and breezy scattered rain showers. Lows near 47 degrees. Southerly winds 10 to 25 mph.
WEDNESDAY: Cloudy and windy with periods of rain. Chance for heavy rain during the evening. Highs near 56. Southwest winds 20 to 40 mph. Rain ends early at night with mostly cloudy skies and gusty winds shifting to the northwest. Lows near 31.
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny, windy, and colder. Highs near 43. Mostly clear and breezy at night with lows near 29.
FRIDAY: Nice with sun and clouds. Highs near 45. Lows near 36.
