Airports in the tri-state area are getting back on track following a slew of delays and cancellations that were prompted by the blizzard.

On Thursday, 192 flights were canceled at JFK International Airport, while another 271 were canceled at LaGuardia Airport, and 285 more were canceled at Newark Liberty Airport.

According to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, canceled flights at those three airports numbered nearly double as many today.

Some flights inbound to the tri-state area were being held at their airports of origin until Friday evening as storm cleanup continued, according to flight-tracking website FlightAware.com.
