Police are continuing to search for the owner of two Suffolk pit bulls that were found starved.
A man in Holtsville tells News 12 he saw the two young dogs on his home surveillance video.
The man then went outside and found two emaciated dogs.
Officials say one of the pit bulls is also being treated for a skin infection. The other dog got away.
Suffolk SPCA officials tell News 12 they are investigating the incident as a possible case of animal cruelty.
