A Southold teen battling cancer threw the ceremonial first pitch during the Mets game at Citi Field Saturday night.
As News 12 has reported, 14-year-old Dylan Newman is fighting Ewing's sarcoma.
The teen had the opportunity to throw the pitch to his dad, Todd Newman.
Dylan is a huge baseball fans and says his goal is to return to the Southold High School Varsity baseball team when he's finished his treatment.
