South Side will now take on East Islip in the Long Island championship game next week.

3h agoThe Floral Park Knights were hoping to end a 47-year drought but fell to the South Side Cyclones in the Nassau County championship game.
It's been more than 20 years since the Cyclones have won the championship. The Cyclones defeated the Knights 17-14.
Both teams had strong support in the stands under the lights at Hofstra.
The Cyclones will be back at Shuart Stadium on Nov. 24 for the Long Island championship against East Islip.
