The son of the man accused in the deadly shooting of a Miller Place teen took the stand Monday in his father?s trial. John White, 53, is accused of shooting 17-year-old Daniel Cicciaro to death after the teen showed up at his doorstep, threatening his son. Prosecutors are trying to prove that White intentionally shot Cicciaro in the face. The defense claims the shotgun accidentally went off when the victim tried to grab the gun from White. On Monday, Aaron White testified that his father and Cicciaro were struggling in the driveway when the gun went off. Aaron White is expected to take the stand Tuesday where he will be cross-examined.
