A brief scare was reported at John F. Kennedy International Airport this morning.
Officials tell News 12 that shortly after take off, the crew of Delta Connection flight 2921 smelled smoke in the cockpit. The crew quickly returned to JFK and evacuated the plane.
Passengers were bussed back to the terminal to catch another flight.
No one was hurt.
