The woman hospitalized after a tragic Smithtown fire this summer has died from her injuries.
As News 12 previously reported, Kristen Sidik and her two young children were hospitalized after they were rescued from their smoke-filled home on Sterling Lane in August.
Sidik's husband, who is the Hauppauge Fire Department captain, was out of town at the time of the fire.
A GoFundMe page has been set up to help Sidik's family.
