Sen. Schumer urges President Trump to sign fentanyl-screening bill

There's a new push to stop a deadly drug from getting to Long Island.
Sen. Chuck Schumer is urging President Trump to sign legislation that would allow U.S. Customs officials to buy screening equipment that can detect the drug fentanyl.
Schumer wants JFK Airport to be one of the first locations to get the scanners.
He says that will allow the opioid to be seized on the spot.
Fentanyl can be up to 50 times stronger than heroin.
