A Suffolk County deputy sheriff’s SUV was involved in a two-car crash that left the vehicle on its roof Monday.
The crash occurred on the southbound side of County Road 51 in Eastport just south of County Road 111.
The deputy is being treated for injuries not considered life-threatening. No one in the other car was hurt.
