Mahler is also the soccer captain and a two-year starter at center back.

He has a 97 GPA and is a member of the Baldwin key club.

Additionally, he is a Boy Scout currently working on his Eagle Scout project.

However, Mahler says his most grueling challenge was the Tunnel to Towers Charity Stair Climb. For the past two years, he’s raised over $40,000 by walking all 104 stories of One World Trade.
