A Sayville man was arrested for allegedly driving his boat while under the influence of alcohol.
Police say Joseph Leon was operating his Silverton boat without any lights on.
An officer spotted the 59-year-old and picked him up for BWI.
News 12 is told the same officer arrested Leon on the same charge in 2011.
