Students from Rocky Point High School's "Be a Nice Neighbor Club" toured the historic Hallock Homestead Wednesday afternoon.
The home, built in 1721 by Noah Hallock and Bithiah Youngs, has 15 rooms and is currently owned by the Rocky Point Historical Society.
The Hallock family owned most of Rocky Point in the early days of the township. The last members of the Hallock family moved out in 1964.
The historical society has asked the students to help them catalogue the artifacts inside the 200-year-old house.
