"Louie the Lobster" has been released by a Long Island restaurant.
The 132-year-old, 23-pound was removed from the tank at Peter's Clam Bar in Island Park and returned to his natural habitat at Atlantic Beach Reef.
The restaurant's staff felt compelled to spare Louie's life.
Louie's release comes as part of National Lobster Month.
