It's been four months since a fire destroyed eight condominiums in Medford, but residents say repairs still haven't started.
Residents say nothing has been done since a fire on Dec. 5, and they are sick of smelling smoke and breathing in mold.
Resident Sam Hashish says the condo management gave people an outline of what they were proposing to fix, but it included numerous errors and mistakes.
He said when people addressed their concerns, they refused to answer their concerns unless they signed a release. Residents refused to sign the release because the form said that the residents would agree to everything the condo board was going to do.
"The proposal is full of spray and deodorize verses replacement," said Hashish. "If they are going to do the right thing, then they should answer our concerns."
