A former reputed MS-13 leader will now spend the next 25 years behind bars.
Ronald Catalan was sentenced in Central Islip. Prosecutors say he admitted to trying to kill three rival gang members in shootings in Brentwood and Bay Shore -- all of whom survived.
Catalan pleaded guilty on charges, including racketeering.
They say Catalan, 30, served as the leader of the Brentwood section of MS-13.
