Several reports say Frank Caporusso, of Manorville, is charged with threatening the life of a federal judge in Washington.
News 12 has been told that judge is the one who declined to dismiss the case against former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn.
The feds say Caporusso threatened to shoot the judge in a voicemail.
