The class of 2016 from Suffolk County Community College celebrated a record-breaking ceremony this weekend.
Nearly 4,400 students received a diploma Sunday, which is Suffolk's largest graduating class ever.
Among the graduates was 75-year-old Dorothy Monahos. She tells News 12 she tried to get her degree two other times, but health issues got in the way.
