Tomorrow is Halloween, and it could be a little spookier than usual.
Long Islanders will see a blue moon - the second full moon of the month.
The last blue moon in the United States was March 2018, but despite its name it won’t be blue.
The name comes from the saying "once in a blue moon,” meaning a rare occurrence.
