Rapper "Flavor Flav" was arraigned in a Nassau County court today for charges stemming from a traffic stop in Hempstead.
Police say William Drayton was speeding on the Meadowbrook Parkway with 16 license suspensions and a small amount of marijuana on Jan. 9.
Drayton was conditionally released to probation and is due back in court on Friday.
