Quinton Rubin, of Brentwood, convicted of second-degree murder
A Brentwood man has been convicted of killing his estranged wife's new boyfriend.
A jury found Quinton Rubin guilty of second-degree murder on Thursday afternoon.
Prosecutors say Ruben pistol-whipped his estranged wife, then shot her boyfriend Sean Berry five times.
It happened inside a trailer on Kenneth Lane in Bay Shore in November.
Prosecutors are pushing for a sentence of 25 years to life. Rubin will be sentenced next month.
