Two men are accused of trying to scam a Target in Nassau County.
Peter Heurtelou, of Baldwin, and Quadri Oki, of Georgia, are charged with trying to buy items with electronically re-encoded credit cards and gift cards Thursday night.
The attempted scam happened at the Target on Sunrise Highway in Valley Stream.
