showing no signs of slowing down.
The national
average for a gallon of gas is at $4.87, which is up about 25 cents in the last week.
In New
York, the average price per gallon is $4.88, but on Long Island it is $4.91.
The good news is that the Long Island is
down 4 cents from a week ago, but the bad news is that it is up about 43 cents
from a month ago.
