Public hearing held on MTA's congestion pricing plan

A public hearing about the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's congestion pricing plan was held Thursday.
A $15 base fare for drivers with an EZ Pass who travel below 60th Street is expected to begin in late spring.
The MTA has said the fare would help generate revenue to improve its train, subway and bus systems.
Three more public hearings are scheduled, one for Friday and two for Monday.
