A protest broke out after several ICE vehicles were spotted Tuesday morning in Brentwood.
Residents say the vehicles were seen on Grove Street around 11 a.m. but left after a large group began to confront them.
Members of the community say they are fed up and no longer feel safe walking the streets.
“I'm afraid to go and walk on the road because I know they're going to arrest me,” Christian Aleman said. “People in Brentwood are very afraid.”
ICE officials have not responded to a request for comment.
