The Town of Oyster Bay is preparing for a storm that is said to bring up to six inches to some parts of the area on Tuesday.

The town says due to a milder winter, they have plenty of salt/sand mixture to treat the roads and keep them safe for drivers.

Town officials are urging people to prepare ahead of the storm and make sure cars are off the road for plowing purposes.

Officials also encourage anyone who must commute on Tuesday to drive slowly and use caution.
