UPDATE: Wednesday night's winning numbers are 06-07-16-23-26 and Powerball 04.
The estimated $700 million Powerball jackpot has Long Island residents and office pools scrambling for tickets before Wednesday's drawing.
It's the second largest jackpot in Powerball history.
Last year, the jackpot swelled to $1.6 billion before winning lottery tickets were announced.
The odds of winning the jackpot are about 1 in 292.2 million.
