Residents in one Levittown neighborhood say their electricity has gone out about a half-dozen times in the last week.
They say they lost power five times in 10 days and are frustrated with PSEG because power has been going out for hours at a time.
Residents initially lost power just after 7 a.m. Monday.  Power was restored by mid-morning, but residents say they want PSEG to fix the problem for good.
Tracy Chan lives on Orchid Road, and was one of the 78 affected PSEG customers.
"A power outage for like several hours. I have a 1 year-old baby at home and he needs to eat. So without power I can't heat up, I can't do anything," she says.
Elizabeth Flagler, of PSEG Long Island, says the cause of the problem occurred on Sept. 6 after lightning struck an insulator on a power pole on Albatross Road. It took until Monday morning to find and replace it.

"Dampness or any kind of wetness got in, it caused the fuse to pop, which caused the outages,” she says.
This isn't the first time PSEG crews came out to Levittown to turn the power back on for residents. Officials confirm they had a separate issue back in July on another grid where neighbors were losing power as well.
