Victims of sexual assault in New Jersey say they feel like they've been victimized again by the system that was supposed to protect them. Their rape kits sitting untested for years, or not tested at all.
Since the KIYC investigation aired last week, some state lawmakers are saying the system needs to change.
But should New Jersey lawmakers be doing more? Walt Kane examines the issue in a special edition of New Jersey Power and Politics.
