A power outage at LaGuardia Airport's Terminal C caused flight disruptions Friday morning.
Port Authority of New York and New Jersey officials say a contractor accidentally cut two electric feeders that serve a portion of Terminal C at around 4:30 a.m. Power was restored about four hours later.
A Port Authority spokesman says the outage affected several jet bridges, which are the passenger walkways leading to the airplane from the terminal.
Delta reported at least 119 cancellations and consolidated flights because of the outage.
