Nassau police are asking other potential victims to come forward after a 25-year-old man was accused of raping and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in Woodbury.

Authorities say the young girl was running down the street, completely naked, asking for help.


Adrees Omar was arrested Tuesday following a tense standoff with police.
