Police say a woman is recovering after a home invasion and burglary on the East End.

East Hampton Town police tell News 12 the incident happened Monday around 4:30 p.m. on Old Stone Highway.

Police say the elderly woman was hurt and treated at the hospital.It is unclear at this time if a weapon was used.
