Police say they have recovered the wheelchair that was stolen from a 12-year-old girl outside her home in Ossining.

Aliyah Hernandez needs the motorized wheelchair to get around because of a spinal condition.
The family tells News 12 they do not want to pursue charges against whoever stole the chair.
