Police: UBS Arena trolley destroyed in fire after suspect drove it into a parked car

Police: UBS Arena trolley destroyed in fire after suspect drove it into a parked car
A UBS Arena passenger trolley was discovered fully engulfed in flames after an unknown suspect gained entry to the vehicle and collided into a parked car, police say.
Detectives say officers responded to Gate 5 at the Elmont arena for a car fire on July 15.
During the investigation, it was determined that an unknown suspect gained entry to the trolley and began to operate it throughout the parking lot.
Following the collision with a parked vehicle, the trolley continued driving onto Hempstead Turnpike where the suspect exited the vehicle and fled the scene.
The trolley was discovered fully engulfed in flames following the collision.
The suspect is described as a white male, middle-aged, wearing a black T-shirt, black jeans and white shoes
