Police are searching for a thief who robbed an East Meadow liquor store with a mother and young child inside.
Investigators say the mother was working at Patel's on North Jerusalem Avenue last night when the suspect demanded cash from her drawer.
The victim ran off with her 3-year-old daughter and no one was injured during the incident.
