A 16-year-old passenger was critically injured following a reckless drive in Bethpage, police say.
The teenager suffered fractures on his skull and face after a 15-year-old driver was doing doughnuts in a parking lot near Stewart Avenue and Arumdaun Street, authorities say.
The victim was in the rear truck bed of a 2002 Dodge Dakota pickup with another teenager when he fell off.
The teen driver is facing a reckless endangerment charge.
