A 16-year-old is facing multiple charges for driving while intoxicated with another teenager in the car when he crashed into a home, according to authorities.

Police say the 16-year-old was driving on Park Avenue in Farmingdale Monday evening when he crashed into a home.

They say he failed a sobriety test and was arrested.

Police say a 15-year-old who was a passenger in the car was released into the custody of a family member.

No injuries were reported.
