Police are looking for suspects who they say were involved in two separate burglaries that happened in Syosset this weekend.

Detectives say somebody broke into two commercial trailers on Gordon Drive Saturday morning and took off with $25,000 worth of tools.

The second burglary happened early Sunday morning at an Italian restaurant on Jericho Turnpike. Detectives say someone broke through the back door of Cafe Testa-Rossa and stole $8,000 from the register.

Police ask anyone with information about the burglaries to give them a call.
